Who we are
Ilona Osadowska MD as a founder and owner, works with team od three surgeons, dermatologist and cosmetologist. Our clinics are located in Stettin (Szczecin), Posen (Poznań) and Warsaw (Warszawa) in Poland. We specialize in aesthetic medicine since 2004. After many international trainings (Madrid, Paris, Monte Carlo, Florence, Milan, Stockholm) we offer wide range of well-proofed classic therapies, constantly adopted to latest medical knowledge. Since beginning we have been constantly following World and European Congresses in Aesthetic Medicine, applying up-to-date knowledge for our patients.
Our experience includes over fourty thousand aesthetic procuderes made over last years.

What we offer
We perform both single, basic procedures and range of combined treatments, including boluinum toxin, fillers, lasers, peelings in various combinations.
Our speciality are:
- non-operational face lifting,
- upper eyelid blepharoplasty,
- fat liposuction using minimally-invasive procedures: SmartLipo (LAL - Laser Assisted Liposuction) and Body Jet (WAL - Water Assisted liposuction).
We use many injectable fillers and materials:
- Botulinum toxins - Botox, Azzalure, BoCouture, Dysport and Vistabel.
- Hyaluronic acid fillers - full ranges of Restylane, Teosyal, Juvederm and Stylage materials for all applications.
- Advanced treatments with Sculptra (polylactic acid).
- Radiesse (hydroxyapatite).
- Mesotherapy with individually adopted cocktails.
Lasers, light sources and other devices:
- CO2 fractional laser SmartXide DOT by DEKA, for many applications.
- Er:YAG laser
- DIode laser 810 nm
- SmartLipo
- Body Jet
- IPL system
We also offer other small treatments typical for aesthetic medicine. We cooperate with plastic surgeons and clinics - if you wish we can recommend one of them for you.
How do we work
We specialize in global face rejuvenation, using minimally-invasive treatments for women with distinct aging problems, usually above 40 yo.
A global approach to aging problems usually require combined therapies, with very special place for advanced volumetric treatments. We often combine treatments including botulinum toxins, fillers and biostimulation agents with range of lasers, IPL or medical peelings, including latest photodynamical solutions. We can select make of materials according to your choice. Most of them work similarly in general, however they differ some small nuances. If you have no clear need, we will suggest an optimal choice to your needs.
For patients with significant aging problems, who have time and patience to wait for the final effect, we usually consider treatments with Sculptra or Radiesse. Both therapies bring excellent and long-lasting results, however it takes more time to wait for the final effect, when comparing to hyaluronic acid fillers, that bring instant results.
As a final result of treatments we would like to see you feeling younger and refreshed, but not possible to recognize by the others how and by which means it happened. A natural-look is our main direction. Our patients often hear that they look better and better with time passing. This is exactly our goal.
As an example botox treatments - we would do it with minimal doses, so you should only loose your surface wrinkles, but keep you mimic expression untouched.
We also offer minimally-invasive fat treatmens, like Body Jet and SmartLipo. Both require blood test before the treatments. Call us or mail to receive list of test to be made, then send us results by mail. It is also possible to make blood tests in Poland, we will point out our partner laboratory. There is however a risk - if test results will not be satisfactory, we will not be able to realize the procedure.

Making appointment
We work daily 10-20 + some saturdays. Normally we make appointments 2-3 weeks before, altough changes happen daily, so we can have single free places even one deay before. If you like to visit us, call or mail to make an appointment.
If you need assistance with taxi, hotel or transport, call us, we will help. We have special contract with taxi company and good relationships with inexpensive hotels.
If you go by car, you can reach us in Stettin and Posen using motorways (Berlin - Posen new build, ready but not visible on Google maps yet). In Warsaw we recommend taxi or metro station Racławicka 100 meters far from us. It takes 10 min drive from airport Okęcie and 5 min from railway station.
